ماہِ اکتوبر ۹۲ء میں ا یسی ۳ عالم ہستیاں اس دار فانی سے کوچ کرگئیں جن کا غم و افسوس مدتوں ہوتا رہے گا۔حکیم عبدالقوی دریابادی اورمولانا حامد اﷲ الانصاری غازی مختصر سی علالت کے بعد انتقال فرماگئے ۔ انا ﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔
حکیم عبدالقوی دریابادی مولانا عبدالماجد دریا بادی کے بھتیجے اور داماد تھے۔ ان میں علم وقابلیت اس قدر تھی کہ ان کی سادگی وقناعت پسندی نے اس کو چھپا رکھاتھا ۔مشرقی ومغربی علوم میں انھیں ملکہ حاصل تھا۔انگریزی زبان میں بے تکلف لکھاکرتے تھے، اردو فارسی اور عربی میں تو ملکہ حاصل تھا ہی۔کتنے ہی اردو اخبارات کے اداریے بغیرنام کے لکھا کرتے تھے۔ فاضل طب تھے ایم۔ اے کی ڈگری اعلیٰ نمبروں سے انہوں نے حاصل کی اس کے باوجود کبھی بھی انہوں نے اپنی قابلیت کارعب یاسکّہ جمانے کی کوشش نہیں کی۔حضرت مفتی عتیق الرحمن عثمانیؒ سے ان کو قلبی لگاؤ تھا ۔ادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین دہلی کی طرف سے جب مفتی عتیق الرحمن عثمانیؒ کی یاد میں مفکّر ملّت شائع کیاگیا تواس میں حکیم عبدالقوی دریابادی نے خصوصی طور پر اپنامضمون اشاعت کے لیے ارسال فرمایا۔ ’’صدق جدید‘‘ لکھنؤ کوانھوں نے مرحوم دریابادی کے بعد جس طرح جاری رکھا وہ مولانا عبد الماجد دریابادی ؒ کی یادگاررہے گا۔ اﷲ انھیں کروٹ کروٹ جنت نصیب فرمائے۔ [نومبر ۱۹۹۲ء]

 

Islamic Approach towards Social Construction: An Analytical Study in the Light of Hazrat Umar Farooq’s (RA) Wisdom and Thought

تعمیرِسماج کا اسلامی منہج : حضرت عمر فاروقؓ کی فکر و بصیرت کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ The modern era is considered as advanced and humanized in terms of materialized advancement only. Today the leading societies of the world have created a self-sufficient religion in the name of humanism and have set standards ignoring Divine guidance. Thus, man has the right to decide the rules and norms of society on his own goodwill. As a result, the breaking of family system, appearance of gay and homosexual relations, etc. Are being considered as legitimate in many countries where religion is no more considered a guiding principle. On the other hand, revealed religions have focus on the development of humanity in terms of both the ethical and materialistic perspectives. Islam as religion has provided a model of such an advancement and social change in history that has proven that Divine guidance is major source for betterment and development of civilization and humanity. This was practically proven in the time of Muslim golden rule in the world. The caliph Umar (R.A) was the man who introduced for the first time, the principles and values, which has changed the Arabs to a civilized and humanized nation. This huge change was made possible in the light of Divine guidance. In this academic article all such norms, values, and principles that were introduced by Sayyīdnā Umar (R.A) which brought a social change in his Era are discussed. Facts have been collected from historic books and presented following the descriptive and analytical method. Although, the information was narrated and scattered in the books, no proper study was introduced where the role of these reforms in the social construction was analyzed. The aim of the study has to investigate the historic facts of social change in the era of the righteous Caliph Sayyidna Umar bin Khattāb and prepare a guideline for the humanity in present era.

Study of Non-Standard Interactions in Rare Mesonic Decays The study of rare decays and search for new physics are entangled with each other. The importance of these decays highly increases if the decay products contain dineutrinos in theirnal state due to its theoretically cleanest nature. In this scenario, for detailed illustration, we will use the pure and semileptonic rare decays of pseudoscalar mesons with missing energy and study the role of NSIs on Br and non standard parametersqL andqR by using model-independent analysis. We investigate the long distance dominated (in the standard model) processes D+ s ! K+, D0 !0 and short distance dominated (in the standard model) D+ s ! D+ decays for the purpose of non-standard neutrino interactions (NSIs). The branching ratios of D+ s ! K+; D0 !0 and D+ s ! D+ decays are calculated in the framework of NSIs. The values of non- standard parametersuL ,dL anddL for = = e or are found. Analysis of NSIs are extended by incorporating the second and third generations of quarks. We investigate that why the only available non-standard parameter constraints in the literature areuL anddL ;and why we are unable tond bounds on non-standard parameters, pertaining to second and third generation, i.e.bL , sL ;cL andtL . Contrary to quark sector, in charged lepton sector, non- standard parameterseL , L and L , relevant to second and third generations, are good constraints. We investigate D+ s ! K+; D0 !0 and D+ !+ decays, in whichavor changing neutral current (FCNC) involve only up type quarks, i.e. c ?!u as an external particles and down type (d; s; b) quarks propagating in the loop. While in K+ !+, D+ s ! D+ and B0 s ?! B0 FCNC involves down type quarks, i.e. s ?! d as an external lines, and up type (u; c; t) quark propagating inside the loop. The comparative study of the processes is done to check the generation sensitivity of the parameters of NSIs. We show that the dominant and comparable contribution of NSI is due to the rst and second generation, i.e. (u; d) and (c; s) quarks, while contribution of (t; b ) quarks is highly suppressed at radiative level, which is contrary to the SM. Furthermore, We present the comparative study of semileptonic and leptonic decays of Ds;D(D ! l , D ! l l , D s ! K l+ l?(v ) along with D ! Ml l ; M =;K and; = e;) within the framework of R-parity violating Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The comparison shows that combination(i 0 ijq) and product couplings ( 0 qk0jq); contributing to the branching fractions of the processes D0 !+ ?; D+ ! l , D+ s ! l ; D0 ! K?e+ e; D s ! K l+ l?and D! l+ l?(both for = and 6= ), are either consistent or comparable with the existing experimental data, when calculating in the R-parity violating SUSY model. Hence the golden channel for the study of new physics is provided. Contrary to that, processes like D0 ! e+e?;D0 !?l+ , D+ !0l+ and D0 ! K?l+ are accommodated well in SM, but unfavorable for the study of new physics. We identify such type of processes in our analyses and single out the important ones, suitable for exploring in the current and future experiments.
