مولانا صدر الدین اصلاحی
افسوس ہے کہ ۱۳؍ نومبر ۱۹۹۸؁ء کو ہندو پاک کے مشہور عالم و مصنف، جماعت اسلامی کے ممتاز رہنما اور مدرستہ الاصلاح کے مایہ ناز فرزند مولانا صدرالدین اصلاحی انتقال فرماگئے، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ وہ عرصہ سے بیمار اور موتوا قبل ان تموتوا کی تفسیر بن گئے تھے۔
ان کی ولادت ۱۹۱۶؁ء میں ہوئی، ان کا تعلق اعظم گڑھ کے ایک گاؤں سیدھا سلطان پور سے تھا، جہاں افغانستان کے زئی قبیلہ کے پٹھان آباد ہیں، مولانا محمد شفیع بانی مدرستہ الاصلاح کا تعلق بھی اسی خاندان اور گاؤں سے تھا۔
علامہ شبلیؒ کے وطن بندول میں ان کی نانہال تھی۔ یہیں رہ کر انہوں نے بلریا گنج سے مڈل پاس کیا، پھر عربی تعلیم کے حصول کے لیے مدرستہ الاصلاح میں داخل ہوئے، طالب علمی کے زمانے میں وہ اور ان کے ایک دوست مولانا محمد عاصم اصلاحی جو ان سے ایک درجہ آگے تھے، اپنی ذہانت و صلاحیت کی وجہ سے پورے مدرسہ میں ممتاز تھے، تعلیم مکمل کرنے کے بعد اول الذکر پٹھان کوٹ اور موخرالذکر دارالعلوم دیوبند چلے گئے مگر ان کی آمد و رفت ایک دوسرے کے ہاں ہوتی رہتی تھی، بعد میں ان کی راہیں مختلف ہوگئی تھیں، اسی لیے جب ملتے تو خوب طنز و تعریض اور فقرے بازی ہوتی، طالب علمی میں یہ دونوں حضرات اپنے استاد مولانا نجم الدین اصلاحی کے بڑے چہیتے تھے، انہوں نے اپنی کتاب ’’یادگار سلف‘‘ میں دونوں کا ذکر بڑے والہانہ انداز میں کیا ہے، مولانا صدرالدین صاحب کے متعلق لکھتے ہیں:

Digital Marketing and Creative Economy Theory in Economic Development During the Pandemic

Changes in the world require a company to make innovations that are necessary in order to survive the onslaught of other companies' innovations, especially similar companies. A new economic concept that focuses on information and creativity that relies on creative ideas and knowledge from human resources for the main production factors. Creative economynowadays it is increasingly being carried out by the people, especially the younger generation in country because they feel this is a profession that is suitable to be done. Information technology is also needed in the distribution, promotion and sales transaction processes so that the process runs more effectively and efficiently. The potential for the development of this industry is due to several factors, namely the development of information technology as the main factor develops rapidly, access to information centers via the internet is much easier, the social innovation process runs smoothly, each region has a unique local cultural potential and the openness of society to modern culture, there are sources of knowledge such as many campuses that are a source of quality human resources, have high creativity and innovation.

Adsorption of Alcohols over Palladium and Gold Supported on Zirconia, Titania, Ceria, Mgo and Carbon

Gold catalysts have been found efficient for many oxidation reactions. The catalytic activity of these catalysts strongly depend on the particle size of the Au nanoparticles. However, other factors also have a strong influence on the performance of the catalysts such as the method of preparation, choice of the support, addition of other metal, total metal loading over the support, calcination time and reaction conditions. These factors have been studied to optimize the activity and selectivity of the catalysts. The oxidation of benzyl alcohol over supported gold, palladium and gold palladium bimetallic catalysts were investigated in a high-pressure stirred autoclave and a glass reactor. For the catalyst screening gold palladium catalysts supported on various oxides e.g. Titania, Zirconia, Ceria, MgO and Carbon were prepared and compared to find the most optimized catalyst for solvent free benzyl alcohol oxidation in terms of selectivity and activity resulting in benzaldehyde formation as a major product. The disproportionation of benzyl alcohol has been found as a source of toluene formation in the solvent free oxidation of benzyl alcohol using supported gold palladium catalysts. When gold-palladium catalyst supported over MgO was used for this reaction, the toluene selectivity reduced substantially at the cost of conversion. Different preparation methods were used to prepare titania supported bimetallic catalysts. It was found that supported bimetallic catalysts prepared by physical grind method are more active than that prepared by impregnation method. The physical grind method is more facile and greener way to prepare chlorine free catalyst. To optimize the catalyst activity and selectivity various supported bimetallic catalysts were prepared with different total Au–Pd metal loadings and with different Au–Pd metal ratios. Oxidation of benzyl alcohol was also performed in glass reactor to compare the oxidation results with the Hi-Tech autoclave. Different characterization techniques such as TGA, STEM with EDX, XRD and XPS were used to characterize the morphology and particle size of the catalysts. A paper titled “Physical mixing of metal acetates: Optimisation of catalyst parameters to produce highly active bimetallic catalysts” out of this work has been published in the Journal of Catalysis Science & Technology, Royal Society of Chemistry (2013, 3, 2910-2917).
