خبر آئی کہ مولانا امین الدین شجاع الدین بھی اپنے خالق و مالک حقیقی سے جاملے، یقین نہ آنے کے چند لمحوں کے بعد پھر اسی یقین کا اقرار کرنا پڑا کہ ہم سب اﷲ ہی کے ہیں تو واپس اسی کے جوار رحمت میں جانا ہی ہے۔
وہ ابھی ایسے نہ تھے کہ نام کے ساتھ مرحوم لکھا جائے، خدا جانے کتنی صلاحیتیں تھیں جو اب بھی ظہور کی منتظر تھیں، ان کا نام اچانک تعمیر حیات اور بانگ حرا کے صفحات پر دلکش، پر اثر اور البیلی تحریروں کے ساتھ سامنے آیا، ان کے اداریے نظر شوق کو متوجہ کرتے ، مقبولیت تھی کہ ان کے اداریوں کا ایک مجموعہ نقوش فکرو عمل کے نام سے مرتب ہوا، بھیونڈی کی زمین سے ندوہ کے آسمان تک کا سفر، تیز رفتار بھی رہا اور روشن بھی، کیا خبر تھی کہ یہ خوش درخشیدگی، شعلہ مستعجل کی مبتدا تھی، آخری ملاقات کب ہوئی یاد نہیں، لیکن ان کا تبسم اور محبت کی آنچ سے گداز ہاتھوں کا گرم جوش مصافحہ ضرور یاد ہے، وفیاتی مضامین کا مجموعہ’’ملنے کے نہیں نایاب ہیں ہمــ‘‘ عنایت کیا، ابھی معارف میں اس کے ذکر کی فرصت بھی نہیں ملی کہ وہ خود اس کتاب کا عنوان بن گئے، حضرت مولانا سید ابوالحسن علی ندویؒ سے سالک رام تک خدا جانے دل کی دنیا میں آ باد کیسے کیسے مکینوں کا نوحہ کہنے والے نگری نگری پھیرا لگاکر وہ اپنے سفر کی منزل پہنچ گئے، پس کارواں سخنوری کے ایسے نقوش قائم کرتے ہوئے جن کی چمک میں خون جگر کی آفرینش ہے، یہ نقوش تابند ہ رہیں گے اور کبھی کبھی دبے الفاظ میں یہ بھی کہہ جائیں گے کہ
کیا تیرا بگڑتا جو نہ مرتا کوئی دن اور

Islam as a religion is not based on empty or futile theories. Infact it intensely educates in altering a practical approach towards ones exixtence both as an individual and or a social being. It is the only religion which lead the way towards welfare/ "Falah" and Qura Calls such people Muflihon. Falah is for both render, either it is a man or a woman. Women especially Holy Prophet's wives are never leave behind in poor's uplift and public welfare. From the very beginning of UMMAHATUL-MOMINEEN (Holy Prophet's wives) are playing vital role in social or public welfare an till in this modern era and patriarchal society, they are role model to help plebians. The Islamic values as the world knows of them today were brought to light through our last messanger (P.B.U.H), assigned with the most important task in probably the most crucial era of human history. With the injustice all over the globe and the leaders of super powers in a rift with each other to dominate the world, exhausted the most important of resouces i.e. The humanity. The divine manifiesto of the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and the lives of wives of Holy Prophet was actually based upon justice among masses and the preservation of conflict torn humanity. The intellectual wisdom of Holy Prophet's wives in the given situation was to restore order while restoring justice based upon the reformative rule of law as depicted by the Islamic ideology. The main aim of this very importatnt initiative was to reintroduce the humanity with the most important elements such as humility, mutual respect an retoration of long forgotten code of ethics. The basic foundation of our last Prophet's wives idealogy was to uplift poor whether they are Muslims or not. They successfully ordained the resurfacing, prevalence and practice of the same code of ethics. Now days many of such examples are prevalent in the world, not as a whole yet, though to a certain extent which is holding it together. The war torn and devastated west of the medieval found its solution in applying the same Islamic rule of law in their society in late 17th century and onward. It therefore can be deduced that the same code of ethics, which can be referred to the Quran, the sacred Islamic book, possibly offers the most effective solutions in order to ensure the societal and social development in current era.

from Problems to Possibilities: Discovering the Hidden Talent of Teacher Leadership Through Appreciative Inquiry in Public School Organization

This research study aimed at exploring the hidden talents of teacher leadership (TL) to improve teaching processes in a public sector school organization in District Ghanche, through employing Appreciative Inquiry (AI) as a method of data collection and as a tool for teacher leadership improvement. The role of teachers as leaders is considered very important in all contexts because of their great potential through active involvement in school organizational development. For that they need continuous efforts to enhance their leadership capacity through identifying their strengths. AI provides opportunities to focus on strengths-based approaches by capitalising teachers leadership talents. The assumption behind these approaches is that something works well in every individual and organization and can further be developed through mutual trust and collaboration. The primary findings of this study confirm that using appreciative inquiry is a powerful tool to enhance leadership qualities in school teachers. Research participants got energies through mutual trust building and positive language found in appreciative inquiry processes. Although, within short span of time, they experienced many innovative leadership approaches such as co-planning, co-teaching, peer-coaching and conducting workshops and providing feedback to each other. Furthermore, significant change in perceptions and practices regarding teacher leadership was also witnessed in research participants where teacher leadership in the study engaged students to lead the co-curricular activities in their school. This paradigm shift from teacher leadership to students’ leadership was the breakthrough of the study. The study has substantiated that teacher leadership in public sector school can be enhanced through collaborative and appreciative approaches.
