آسی ضیائی رامپوری(۱۹۲۰ء) کا اصل نام ضیاء اﷲ خان ہے۔ آپ رامپور میں پیدا ہوئے۔ قیام پاکستان کے بعد بھارت سے ہجرت کر کے سیالکوٹ میں رہائش پذیر ہوئے۔ آپ نے علی گڑھ یونیورسٹی سے ایم۔ اے اردو اور ایل ایل بی کی اسناد حاصل کیں۔ ۱۹۴۸ء میں تعلیم سے فراغت کے بعد مرے کالج سیالکوٹ میں لیکچرار تعینات ہوئے۔ آپ ۱۹۷۷ء تک مرے کالج میں تدریسی فرائض سر انجام دیتے رہے ۔ آپ کی غزلیں ،نظمیں ،اور نعتیں’’ مرے کالج میگزین‘‘ ماہنامہ’’ ساقی‘‘ کے علاوہ سہ روزہ’’ کوثر ‘‘،’’ایشیا‘‘،ماہنامہ’’ سیارہ‘‘ ،’’چراغِ راہ‘‘،’’سلسبیل‘‘،کراچی اور مختلف روز ناموں (’’نوائے وقت‘‘ ،’’جنگ‘‘ لاہور) میں شائع ہوئیں۔(۷۳۱) دو شعری مجموعے ’’گلدستہ نعت‘‘ اور’’ رگ اندیشہ‘‘ شائع ہو چکے ہیں ۔ان کا بہت سا شعری کلام مختلف رسائل و جرائد میں بکھرا پڑا ہے۔

آسی ضیائی نے نعت اور نظم کے ساتھ ساتھ غزل بھی لکھی ہے۔ بلکہ ان کے شعری کلام میں غزل کی تعداد زیادہ ہے۔ ان کی شاعری پورے فنی لوازمات سے آراستہ و پیراستہ ہے۔ آپ کی شاعری پر حالی اور اقبال کے اثرات کو دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔ آپ قومی و ملی شاعر ہیں۔آپ نے اپنی شاعری سے قوم و ملت کی اصلاح کاکام بھی لیا ہے۔ اﷲ اور رسولؐ کی اطاعت ،دعوت عمل،انسانی محبت آسی ضیائی کی شاعری کے اہم موضوعات ہیں:

The Effect of Counseling and Training on Public Knowledge About Making Handsanitizer from Betel Extract

Hand sanitizers may help increase hand hygiene compliance as the results of invailability of basic needs for cleaning such as soap or water. Since alcohol has an irritating effect on the skin and burns quickly, it is currently discouraged as an active ingredient. Knowledge of covid 19 is critical for the world to have in order for individuals to be able to make informed choices on how to split the covid 19 transmission chain. This thesis employs a pre-experimental method that employs the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The paired t test was used to examine the relationship between the two variables, namely the betel leaf extract handsanitizer output preparation and the respondent's knowledge of the handsanitizer making process. Extension has an impact on increasing respondents' awareness of how to make natural hand sanitizers. The paired t-test findings indicate that the Sig. = 0.000 0.05, indicating that there is a discrepancy between the pretest and posttest. With a mean value of -5.967, this data indicates the average discrepancy between the pretest and posttest, with a range of -5.383 to -6.551 (95 percent CI), indicating that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest mean values, indicating that the pretest value has an influence on the post test. To stop the spread of Covid19, health care providers and the society must work together.

A Comparative Study of Leadership Self Efficacy of Public and Private Secondary School Head Teachers

The main purpose of the study was to compare the leadership self-efficacy of secondary school head teachers. ?A Comparative Study of Leadership Self-Efficacy of Public and Private Secondary School Head Teachers? was conducted in Faisalabad. The head teachers of public 464 (male 213 and female 251) and private 356 (male 108 and female 248) secondary schools constituted the population of this research study. Multistage sampling technique was used for selecting sample of this research study. The proposed sample size was 120 secondary school head teachers working in both public and private secondary schools. 120 head teachers (60 male and 60 female) were selected from each two public and private secondary schools. The list of secondary schools was taken from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad official website. Researcher developed a questionnaire by keeping all the research protocols in mind. Questionnaire was developed according to the objectives of the study. It was a 5-point likert scale with 1=Strongly Disagree, 2=Disagree, 3=Un-decided, 4=Agree, 5=Strongly Agree. Leadership Self-Efficacy Scale (LSES) content validity was ensured through five expert opinions and coefficient of reliability was determined through pilot testing. Cronbach-alpha coefficient reliability for the overall scale is placed to be .89 (80items). The collected data was analyzed through the use of computer software named Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Both types of statistics i.e. inferential statistics and descriptive statistics were used for analysis of data. Independent-samples t-test was used for comparison purpose. Interpretations of the data were made to draw inferences. There was no significant mean difference found in leadership self-efficacy of public secondary school head teachers (M=313.31, SD=23.81) and private secondary school head teachers (M=314.71, SD=16.08); t (-1.40) =-.37, p=.70. There was significant mean difference found in leadership self-efficacy of male secondary school head teachers (M=320.03, SD=17.73) and female secondary school head teachers (M=308.00, SD=20.95); t (12.03) =3.39, p=.00*.
